Teniendo en cuenta que en muchos países donde la única manera de periodismo libre que hay es gracias a las personas que publican en blogs. Para ayudar a promover la libertad de expresión, ayudar a combatir regimenes totalitarios y ayudar a la democratización es el motivo por el que se ha publicado este manual.
